Overview

This course explores the core principles of nuclear safety culture and risk management within the nuclear industry. Participants will learn how to foster a safety-conscious work environment, identify potential risks, and implement strategies to mitigate those risks. Emphasis will be placed on leadership’s role in safety culture, understanding the complex nature of nuclear risks, and applying effective risk management frameworks to ensure the safety of both employees and the environment.
