Overview
This course is grounded in the principles laid out by Ian Palmer and his co-authors in Managing Organizational Change: A Multiple Perspectives Approach. Known as “The Palmer Way,” this method offers a nuanced, multifaceted approach to change leadership. Instead of a single linear model, it introduces six key perspectives—Director, Navigator, Caretaker, Coach, Interpreter, and Nurturer—each providing a unique lens for managing organizational transformation. Participants will learn how to apply the right perspective for different contexts, manage resistance, engage stakeholders, and navigate complexity. This course equips leaders with adaptive tools to lead successful, sustainable change in a dynamic environment.
