Overview

The Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) course delivers practical and strategic expertise in developing, managing, and analyzing project schedules. Based on the AACE International standards, this program prepares professionals to apply critical path methods, resource-loaded planning, schedule risk analysis, and delay evaluation in real-world environments. Participants will work through structured modules that emphasize logic-driven scheduling, performance tracking, forecasting, and forensic schedule analysis. The course includes case studies, hands-on exercises, and exam simulation to prepare participants for the PSP certification exam and real project challenges.
