Overview

This course equips leaders and managers with the tools to drive strategy execution and organizational alignment using the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) framework. Participants will learn how to translate vision and strategy into actionable objectives across financial, customer, internal process, and learning & growth perspectives. The course explores how to cascade goals across departments, link initiatives to performance metrics, and monitor progress effectively. Emphasis is placed on building strategic maps that connect organizational objectives to measurable outcomes. Through real-world case studies and hands-on exercises, learners will develop skills in performance measurement, strategic communication, and cross-functional alignment. By the end, participants will be able to implement a Balanced Scorecard that not only measures results—but drives them.
