Thank you for choosing Corporate Training Institute (CTI) as your trusted professional development and workforce advancement partner. We are dedicated to providing a high-quality, impactful learning experience tailored to your organizational needs. To ensure clarity and maintain a smooth collaboration, we kindly request you to review the following Terms and Conditions related to our training services. 1.1 Attendance Requirement Minimum Attendance: Participants must achieve at least 80% attendance to be eligible for the course completion certificate.
Re-enrollment Option: If the minimum attendance is not met, participants may re-enroll within 6 months, subject to course availability and scheduling.

1.2 Course Completion Certificate
Assessment Criteria:
Participants must attain a minimum score of 70% in the internal assessment to qualify for certification.
Certificate Issuance: Certificates will be issued within 7 business days upon successful course completion.
Courier Services: If courier delivery of certificates is requested, related charges will be billed separately.
Certificate Retention: Certificates will be held for up to 12 months from the issue date. A 10% course fee will apply for any reprint requests after this period.
Personal Information Accuracy: Clients must ensure all required participant information is accurately submitted.
Third-party Certification Charges: If a student opts for a third-party certificate, the certification fees are separate and must be paid in addition to the course fee. These charges are non-refundable once the certification process has been initiated.

1.3 Cancellation and Refund Policy Course Rescheduling/Cancellation: CTI reserves the right to reschedule or cancel courses due to operational reasons, low enrollment, or unforeseen events. In such cases, no course fee refund will be provided.
A full refund may be requested if the client is dissatisfied with the trainer or course materials. This request must be submitted within 3 hours of the initial session or prior to the start of the training.
Please note: The enrollment fee, or 10% of the total course fee (whichever applies), is non-refundable.
Additionally, no refund will be issued if: More than 25% of the course duration has been completed, or
The client has already received any course materials.
Non-refundable Registration Fees: Registration fees are non-refundable under all circumstances once enrollment is processed.
Corporate Payment Refunds: Refunds (where applicable) will be processed directly to the paying organization.
Withdrawal Policy: If a client chooses to discontinue the training, they must immediately notify CTI and exit all communication channels (e.g., WhatsApp groups) associated with the course. Failure to leave these channels will be considered as continued participation in the training, and no refund will be issued under such circumstances.
Material Distribution Refund Policy: If course materials (either soft or hard copy) have already been issued before the training begins, and the client chooses to withdraw, then 50% of the course fee along with the registration/enrollment fee will be non-refundable.
Installment Plan Payments: Refunds for payments made through installment plans (e.g., Tabby) will be processed only after the completion of the payment period if approved.

1.4 Training Delivery Trainer and Course Adjustments: CTI may change trainers, modify course content, or alter deliverables as necessary without prior notice.
Exclusions: Lunch and other personal expenses are not included in course fees.
Recording Policy: Training sessions will not be recorded, and no session recordings will be provided post-training.​

1.5 Feedback
Feedback Process: Any concerns or complaints should be directed to info@corporatetraininguae.com.
Social Media Feedback: Clients are welcome to provide feedback publicly; however, mentioning CTI representatives by name is prohibited. Legal action may be taken if feedback is defamatory or inaccurate.​

1.6 Non-Starter Policy:
Non-Starters: No refunds will be issued to clients who do not commence training. However, rescheduling within one year from the original start date is permitted. After one year, rescheduling and refunds are no longer available.​

1.7 Course Fee and Examination Fee
Course Fee Validity: Paid course fees remain valid for six months if the course has not yet started. After six months, re-enrollment requires full payment.
Examination and Membership Fee Validity: These fees are valid for one year from the date of payment, non-refundable under all circumstances.
Fee Adjustments: Any regulatory or institutional changes to examination/membership fees will apply even to candidates who have already paid.
Multiple Course Enrollments: No refund will be provided if a participant discontinues one of multiple courses enrolled at a discounted rate.​

1.8 Training Materials and Intellectual Property Ownership: All training materials and intellectual property remain the property of CTI.
Permissible Use: Materials may be used by participants solely for personal learning and professional development.
Material Delivery Commitment: CTI will provide all materials committed prior to enrollment.
Additional Materials: Extra resources may be offered at CTI’s discretion; associated costs will be communicated accordingly.
